Submission

The submission portal will be published on this page once submissions open. In the meantime, authors should prepare manuscripts in accordance with the call for papers and the official conference templates below.

Paper format

All submissions must conform to the official ICAMI 2026 conference template. Papers that deviate from the required format may be rejected without review. Authors must observe the following:

  • Adhere strictly to the page limit specified in the call for papers.
  • Use the provided template without modification. Do not alter margins, reduce font sizes, adjust line spacing, or otherwise reformat the template to circumvent page limits.
  • Write in English. Ensure the manuscript is proofread and free of significant grammatical errors prior to submission.

Double-blind review

ICAMI 2026 follows a double-blind review process. Authors must anonymize their submissions before upload. This means:

  • Remove all author names, affiliations, and acknowledgements from the manuscript body.
  • Avoid self-referential language that identifies the authors (e.g., "as we showed in our previous work [X]").
  • Do not include identifiable metadata in the PDF file properties.
  • Citations to the authors' own prior work must be written in the third person and should not be omitted, as omitting them may itself reveal identity.

Submissions that are not properly anonymized will be desk-rejected.

Disclosure and attribution

Authors are required to transparently report the use of third-party resources in their work:

  • Clearly describe any datasets, pre-trained models, or external tools used in the research.
  • Cite all sources appropriately and completely.
  • Disclose the use of AI writing or coding assistance tools where applicable, in accordance with IEEE editorial policy.

Plagiarism and duplicate submission

All submissions are checked for plagiarism. Work must be original and must not be under review at any other venue at the time of submission. Submitting work that has been previously published, in whole or in substantial part, is not permitted. Violations will result in immediate rejection and may be reported to the authors' institutions.

Templates

Only the official conference style file may be used. Submissions typeset in other formats or using modified templates will not be accepted.

Review process

All submissions undergo peer review by at least two members of the program committee. Reviews are confidential. For borderline papers, authors may be invited to submit a written response prior to the final decision. The program chairs reserve the right to desk-reject submissions that are out of scope, improperly formatted, or in clear violation of submission policies.

Dual submission rules follow the requirements of the designated publisher and will be stated explicitly in the final call for papers.

After acceptance

Authors of accepted papers must complete the following:

  • Revise the manuscript in accordance with reviewer feedback.
  • Submit the final camera-ready version by the deadline specified in the acceptance notification.
  • Ensure at least one author is registered for the conference prior to the camera-ready deadline. Papers without a registered author will be withdrawn from the proceedings.

For detailed instructions on preparing final files and delivering your presentation, refer to the Camera-ready guidelines and Presentation guidelines pages.
